REFUND POLICY
At Suffield Youth Lacrosse, we appreciate your commitment to our program. To streamline our administrative processes and ensure equitable treatment for all participants, we have implemented a non-refundable fee policy. Once registration fees are paid, they are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the financial stability of our program and allocate resources effectively. We encourage all participants and their families to carefully assess their availability and commitment before completing the registration process. In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency preventing participation, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
